With Valentines day around the corner why not buddy up with a partner (from the same household or within your bubble!) for this workout?!
Name yourselves A or B. The time taken for A for to complete exercise A, person B will do exercise B. Once you’ve completed all the exercises, swap over!

A 15 burpees
B Squats
A 15 Kettlebell or dumbbell swings
B Wall sit
A 10 lunges on each leg
B Plank

A 10 push ups (on knees or toes) or 10 dumbbell floor press
B Shuttle runs or jogging on the spot
A 15 dumbbell thrusters
B Mountain climbers
A 12 Bulgarian split squats on each leg
B Star jumps
A 15 Sit ups
B Shoulder taps

A 10 low squat to kneeling
B Skaters
A 15 Bicep curls
B Tricep dips
A 15 Glute bridges
B Wide jump squat with floor tap
A 12 Shoulder press
B Commandos (high plank to low plank)
A 12 Russian twists
B Deadbugs
