Training and Nutrition
Cardiovascular and resistance training programmes tailored to you and your goals, either inside or outside of the gym. Pairing exercise with dietary analysis, nutritional guidance and behaviour change coaching, I will show you how to lead a healthy sustainable life by retraining your body and mind. Using my skills in kettlebells, core training, circuit training, suspension exercise, exercise for fat loss and functional fitness, there is no limit to the workouts you can expect!

Run specific programmes
As a keen runner and LiRF coach myself, I can compile sessions to help improve your running, whether it be speed or stamina. Combined with run specific strength training, you are sure to reach your goal in no time.

Pre and Post Natal training
Exercise programmes modified for each trimester of pregnancy and the post natal period. Each is effectively designed to enable you to keep fit whilst ensuring you are doing so safely. Nutritional guidance will compliment your diet during pregnancy to ensure you are meeting the nutritional needs of both you and your baby. I can help you to regain your health and fitness following birth to be the best mum you can.
