I’m a 53 year old woman who thought keeping fit was a gentle walk with my dog and a little light weeding. I joined a couch to 5k group last year and everything was going ok, running 5k twice a week, park run every Saturday and feeling good. Unfortunately lockdown happened and it all stopped overnight. I’m not very self motivated when it comes to exercise and used lockdown as an excuse to overeat and give up on the running. The tragic death of my younger sister, not seeing family or friends left me feeling at an all time low. Through the running group Rebecca made contact to see if anyone wanted to participate in zoom exercise classes. Not thinking it was something I would stick at, I decided to give it a go. It was a watershed moment. These classes became the highlight and focus of my day, my elder sister joined from Wales and everyone else was friendly, non judgmental even though I initially used tins of beans as weights. Gradually food choices became healthier, clothes began to fit better and my mental well being improved. Rebecca then introduced 1 hour P.T. sessions outside. Rebecca has such a steady, encouraging gentle persuasion to increases in weights and reps. The sessions are tailored to meet my requirements and work around these. They are not repetitive or boring. I feel Rebecca’s total focus and investment in my results and progress. The P.T. Sessions are uplifting and enjoyable whilst remaining intense and exerting. The balance is finely tuned. I feel more confident, leaner and much fitter. Running has become easier and nothing aches for days afterwards as I get stronger.
I would recommend Rebecca to anyone seeking improvements in to their fitness and strength in body and mind yet still finding it fun to do.

I decided I wanted a PT and was introduced to Rebecca, I asked Rebecca to focus on toning, cardio and in particular running. From day 1 Rebecca has set me programmes and targets, she never stops encouraging and motivating me. She has helped and advised on nutrition and appropriate apps to monitor progress. As well as being a good PT she is a good communicator with sound all round knowledge and interest in the world we live in. She also has a great sense of humour! I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants to achieve their goals.
